These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Talk to Strangers (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service randomly pairs you with another user for a live video or text conversation. Connections are anonymous — we do not require an account, and video/audio is streamed directly between you and the other user (peer-to-peer) rather than stored on our servers.
3. Your conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Share sexually explicit content, nudity, or content involving minors
- Harass, threaten, or abuse another user
- Post or transmit illegal content, or use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Record, stream, or screenshot another user without their consent
- Advertise, spam, or solicit other users commercially
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to deceive someone
We may end your session or block your access if we believe you've violated these Terms. See our Community Guidelines for more detail on acceptable behavior.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't control what other users say or do, and we can't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including anything another user says or does during a chat.
6. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
